Age-related brain waves or Twilight Zone

Planning my last minute errands and trip preparations as I purchased my morning coffee, I experienced a moment of pre-trip jitters. Why am I sailing now? How will all my volunteer activities fare without me? Is it a good time to be gone from family? Etc! I said a farewell to the friendly staff at Starbucks and headed to the post office in a reflective mind-set. As I approached the door, I heard wonderful Indian music being piped over a sound system. Wow, I thought, I love this music. My mood lifted. I got in the Semester at Sea frame of mind. Music like this is representative of the SAS experience. I thanked the clerk for the wonderful music and told her to thank whomever was playing this particular tune. I walked out of the PO and the music was still playing. I was ready to sail!

On entering my car, when the music was still on, I realized my ITunes on my phone had independently picked this tune to broadcast Loud and Live. A message from above? Do de do do do de do do ( twilight zone music). Or simply a technical glitch?

Whatever...ready to go!
